There are many factors involved in choosing the correct broadband package.  Call Virtual Riders for specific help.
Kingston Communications have a policy of not telling clients when a package is upgraded and so it is possible that the package you are on is now being offered with better features than you have.
The current business package features show that every package has the same upload and download speeds with unlimited access.  Some of the older packages limited your broadband speed.
It is very likely that:
YOU CAN UPGRADE FROM THE OLD TO THE NEW PACKAGE FREE OF CHARGE.

    I now have my internet at 8 times faster and £2 cheaper cheers for the info. steve
