SDSL is a Symmetric Digital Subscriber Line - this means you can get the same speed uploading and downloading from the web. For example a 2Mbps SDSL line will provide you with 2Mbps upload and 2Mbps download.  This is particularly useful if you have multiple sites that you want to connect together and they share a lot of data.
